need to build a retail nand for slim trinity and dont know how to do it

so i just go a slim trinity console from some and they installed rgloader on it and messed it up big time , has the red screen on it saying something , xell works so i can get the cpu and dvd key for it , i tried to use jrunner to rebuild a glitch image , as far as i know it worked fine but glitches about 6 times and stops everytime so i think there is something wrong , i tried to rebuild a stop image but errored out saying something about a smc.bin missing so at this point i dont want to do something else with it without some type of help , all i have for a image is a image.16202-dev.bin file for it , no stock image or anything else , really need some help on this one since i think its a little over my demon , jtag , rgh , rjtag install head part of my work . i want to make a retail nand so i can use it for online play and also to switch a demon out of a banned slim trinity that the kv was stolen out of while online and then banned from xbox live . so please help me with this one and im not even sure this is the best place to post to but i thought it was a start
