Random... WIN32 ERROR, No More Bytes

Hey guys... having issues with my NAND-X. For the last couple days, I kept getting Bad Config 000000000..
messing with it (hit reset, different computer, dif USB cable, different NANDx cable... finally got it to work (didnt do anything between one 000000000 and a read start, but did get WIN32 ERROR No More Bytes with first read, unplugged, plugged it back in. read fine for 1 pass, second pass fails:

This is a FLACON that I need to dump a good nand back to (I was messing with SMC trying to get it to boot stable, changed power to 808 and I get either 3 green lights on front with still trying to glitch, or if i try for xell, get 2 red lights (2 and 4)...

Anyway, need to narrow down the NAND-X issue first. (FYI, it was giving bad config on 2 different consoles with 2 different wires)...
