[Help] Drive power cable upside down + pics

Hello, i instaled the drive cable upside down, ok now i burned my drive, its working BUT does not read the games, i put a new reader laser, i can hear the laser reading, and the DVD turning, i look on pcb if something is burned but cant see nothing, i tested with the multimeter and im not able to find a burned resistors, i found 3.3v on this resistors...

So, someone have any idea of what else can be broked? The Xbox are RGH and im able to take the key from eject buton.
