Desktop wont assign drive letter to pro 2

I'm sorry to bother the team with such a remedial Question I was going to use XBC to do some direct copy of games that I own My pro v-2 wont assign a drive letter to my 16d4s with TX unlocked PCB My pro v-2 works fine for everything else I use it daily My pro V2 has 0.20 vendor support and always works perfectly I tried a d2s drive also same thing Thanks for the help
