Unlocked DG-16D4S Help

I bought a replacement PCB for my DG-16D4S Firmware 0401. It was from an Xbox with a mismatched drive that my friend bought. I RGH'd his Xbox and got the DVD Key and type of OSIG of his motherboard from J-Runner and all that info. How would I inject the key into this mismatched drive?

I installed the PCB thats all, not sure what to do after the install since I don't have the original drive or dummy.bin.

I would like to remove the RGH and use it on my console, that is why I don't want to leave it RGH'd. He just wants to just be able to play games, and doesn't care about going on LIVE.

EDIT: I also found this guide but its for firmware 9504/0272. Since all Xbox's are now on 0272 can I use this guide? If so how do I retrieve the dummy.bin from the motherboard?
