Region Change

I want to know about Xbox 360 Region. Is it "imprinted" inside the CPU or GPU or any other component?
Suppose, If i bought a corona console from USA, i am very sure i will get a USA/NTSC U for that xbox 360. Well I can easily changed its region using RGH/JTAG etc (software hack), but, if i want to change it permanently, should i replace its electronic components with other region console?

Suppose I have an asian corona xbox 360 that is already dead or flaw, can i take that cpu or any other components and replace it so the region changed automatically (by reballing - and do another RGH if I don't know its cpu key)

So the simple question is, where is region information located on the console. Is it on CPU or GPU or any other component.

The reason i want to do this is, that i found 4 - 5 console in a 100 that cannot be RGH (either using cr3 lite or even using cr3 pro) -- so i have to sell it in stock firmware or maybe flashed with LT+3 or LTU etc. So, i live in asia, the better way to sell that console is to change the console region to asia so it can play asian region games without any problem.
