What am I doing wrong? No glitch/green light

TX Product(s) used​: JR- Programmer; CR3 Lite
Console Type: Jasper
NAND size: 512
Dashboard version: 2.0.9199



This is my first install so bear with. I went through these steps:
Read the nand 4 times. All four matched.
Connected up the cr3 lite and and programmed it with the jasper 512, Switch was set on program
Disconnected CR3 Lite and rehooked up the nand wires, read and wrote the ecc
I wired in the CR3 lite (switch was changed to NOR)

I plug in the front power button thing and fire it up. The CR3 just stays solid red. The front cover flashes green. Adding the cdrom just makes the green light stay solid.

I've done continuity testing on pretty much everything I could and to make sure no wires arnt touching anything they shouldn't. LK1-Lk2-LK3 have all been shorted as well. I've been reading that there are fake cr3's do I have a fake?

Any help would be great.
