I've searched the forums and the rest of the internet and come up with zero answers.... so here it goes...
I had a customer bring his Xbox in for a dashboard update - simple business. He had gotten a game (Smurfs 2) and ripped it in FSD to his hard drive, but couldn't play it because of his dashboard version being too old. I updated his dashboard to 16203 and now he can play the ripped game just fine, but now his console won't play any games on disc - Originals or Backup Copies...
I'm clueless on why this is happening. Like I said - the drive was reading discs just fine prior to the new dashboard being written to Nand. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
