LTU replacement PCB can't unlock

As above, the activate.iso (linked from JF) I burned off on a dl disc and everything occupying L0 and the disc has worked previously

JF detects the drive but when I put the disc in and it starts to read, it never stops spinning- Any ideas?

one of the wires not soldered correctly, etc?
