I am a VIP account with xconsoles.com because i bought more than $5000 from them, and I live in Iraq. My issue with them started when i ordered 10 Pcs of TX Liteon DG-16D5S LTU2 Replacement PCB, I used to but and ship it directly to Iraq Via UPS but after I knew about a shipping website called MYUS.com that ships cheaper that UPS i tried to ship with them and all thing went smoothly without any issue. But before 2 weeks i tried to buy 10 Pcs of TX Liteon DG-16D5S LTU2 Replacement PCB and ship it through MYUS.com, the order rejected and my money refunded because they asked for ID Photo for the billing address and I told them that I live in Iraq and MYUS.com ships from a US address to my address in Iraq but the rejected it. Then i decided to ship with same old way using the UPS directly to Iraq and they asked for a ID and i sent it to them but they cancelled my order again. Below is last e-mail from them. I don't know why they are doing that although I have have a VIP account and they have to help us!!
