i have jasper that's been on the shelf, that totally slipped my mind. I have the working folder that has the original nand dump 1 and 2, and also the image_00000000.ecc, nothing else
I thought i had fully rgh'd the console, but i guess i didn't LOL
It's weird because i thought i did, because the coolrunner is installed and all wired up
So i now need to finish. what is weird is that the xbox won't boot xell (eject takes me to dashboard) but i have the cpu key, so at some time, i booted xell. i matched everything up, and everything is correct. Loaded up dump 1 and 2, and my key popped up

LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM Noob competely lost in jargon, please advice
Hi.
I am completely clueless when it comes to 360 modding.
I work at an amusement park as maintenance guy and I have on my hands about 20 XBox 360 slims that are in old Demo kiosks.
Problem is they are old and DVD drives are starting to fail. So I need some advice.
AFAIK all the Xboxes are built in 2010 and so far I only seen Lite on DG-16D4S 9504 DVD drives.
So my question is, what tools I need to extract DVD key from faulty drive, and write it to replacement drive?
To my understanding I do need JungleFlasher software, but what hardware is needed? Also I understand that the drive needs to be unlocked to be able to write the DVD key.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

CR4 XL Jasper without QSB?
Hey guys,
I was wondering if I could install the CR4 XL without the aud_clamp QSB? I have an extra CR4 XL just sitting around and I didn't want to install it until I know for sure that I can install it without the QSB. I have the JR Programmer and CR4 XL. Would the RGH2 method work?

Messed up RGH, can it be fixed?
Dumped original nand with dash 16767, then updated dash to latest. After that ECC was created and wrote. Xell wouldn't boot so I wrote original nand back. Wont boot original image now.
I read that this is because the LDV was changed is this correct. Does the LDV just need to be changed for it too boot?

R-JTAG Phat Demon Interesting Issue!
Hi Guys,
Been doing a few demon installs(CoolRunner) without too much problem but i have a Falcon that is displaying some weird issues.
This is my first CR4XL install.
The CR4 install went fine and all info was gleaned from the Xbox as usual. The Stock nand was then flashed and tested with CR4 disabled, all good.
The demon was then installed, glitched and working a treat.
I then switched to Xbox nand and instantaneous 3 red lights!
After days of rechecking installation, continuity checks on all nand lines and ribbon cables, re blowing images etc i have had to give in and ask for advice here.
The odd thing is that during my image testing i have noticed that if i have a retail(stock) image in both nands the Xbox will boot fine but the demon will red light after 30 seconds, the CR4 is glitching during this time on demon(not even once on Xbox though).
If i put any sort of glitch image on the demon, the demon side will work perfectly but the retail side will instantaneously red light!
It almost seems like there is some sort of comms error between the two, i have the CR EN wire connected and the smaller ribbon cable too(both continuity checked).
I have programmed the demon image with Aud Clamp and R JTAG selected too.
Am i missing something when i create the image? I only select the dash version(17150) and Aud Clamp and R JTAG, create Xebuild and write to demon.
Maybe just a duff demon, i could try in another unit if necessary.
I have not included any picture etc. at this time as the install seems OK as both sides will work but i obviously will provide any info requested.

2 XBox360 units that I bought on the junk yard yesterday for almost nothing.
Including power bricks.
I think the model is one of the very first (white) ones, with curved side panels.
Item #1 does not give any video, there is some flashing pattern at power on.
The DVD carrier can be opened sometimes, must of the time it locks inside the unit.
I can see the carrier moving in and out a millimeter or so.
It has a HDD attached.
Item #2 behaves the same regarding the DVD driver.
However, it starts up showing the "green earth" screen for a few seconds.
Then it displays the black and white multilingual System Error message, E65.
The behaviour is the same with and without HDD attached.
I have browsed the internet and this comprehensive site.
I am impressed by the research and the work you have done here !
On some places, it says that E65 is caused by incompatible firmware in the DVD unit.
I have no idea how accurate these error codes are, if they really pinpoint the actual error.
I can see no traces of external damages, and no traces of intrusion.
The history of the units is unknown.
I have found that by using some tools from Team Executer, I can reflash the firmware in
the DVD, if I dismount it.
There are no backups of the unit, meaning I do not know the original code of the DVD (or the
box CPU).
It seems I need to invest round 50 euro in tools to manage this, but I have no idea
if reflashing will solve the problem.
This amount is almost the same as you might pay for an used XBox360 on Ebay and similar sites.
I assume that item #1 is not repairable, may be use as spare parts at the best,
as it shows no video !
I also want to mention that round 10 years ago, I modded an original XBox with Xecuter
hardware. It worked like a dream, and I got a lot of useful information and support
from I think this site. This Xbox gave a lot of fun to me and my son. It is still working,
and it will now go to the Philippines to make some kids happy.
Mentioning this saying that I am experienced in computer hardware and software
(actually a professional lifetime), I am not afraid of using the soldering iron, and I have a
lot of time (retired).
After presenting you with this info, what are your advices ?

Liteon ihas324 stopped working!!!
I need help urgently :frown: . the drive is not mine; it's a friend's who keeps it with me because I burn much more than he does. now to get to the point, I was burning and it was working nearly perfectly, until about 4 hours ago, when I was going to burn a dvd but I pushed it unintendedly and it was going to fall and I caught it, or something like that. then, the tray stopped responding and I tried too many time to open or close it and still the only way to dy so is manually..... then.... I opened the drive: I removed the lower covering and then I connected it to the power supply and it's now dead!!!!!!!! before it was on but only the tray is not responding; now it's dead!! as if no power reaches it...... I need help please, I'm distressed :S

ANSWERED J-Runner Drivers Error: Hash for this file not present
So this is my first time attempting to RGH my own console, and so far I have got as far as installing drivers and I am getting an issue. Here is a screenshot of the error I am encountering:

Cr4 on trinity board
Hi everyone, just a question. I just put a cr4xl on my slim trinity and for sum unknown reason it won't connect to the internet but the my other console connects fine. I have tried everything and still it says no internet connection any ideas on what is Happying. Also what is needed to put a coolrunner rev c on a trinity?

I work in IT so I am pretty good with computers and I used to love modding my original XBOX to run MAME and XBMC... but I stopped when the XBOX360 came out... But I'm back!! (Kindof!)
Can anyone confirm if replacing the internal Xbox One HDD with a larger drive still works please?
I followed this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bD78ytZRASo) to create the partitions and copy the A & B folder plus update.vxd files to the new drive but when I boot up it just stops on the green Xbox logo screen.
Some people have said I should Factory Default my existing HDD before starting the process but I want to copy all my game saves and games/apps to the new drive...
Also... how DO I copy all the game saves/apps/games to the new drive... is that possible?
If someone could bullet point the steps I need to install a larger HDD AND copy all my existing data over that would be fantastic! :)

Hi,
SO im using a x360USB pro v2 and a probe3. I get through all the processes and then go to unlock the drive. I probe and get the sound but when I go to read or write I get Spi Locked aborting every time. Any clues?

Using my xbox 360 pro v2 (Version 0.20) I am trying to flash an 16d5s fitted with an LTU 2 board, The boards currently flashed as a hitachi dl10n(0500) in jungle flasher (version 0.1.96 Beta), but nothings showing in the flash chip properties, the write switch is set to 1 to allow flashing.
How do i do erase the current hitachi firmware so i can flash with the required 16d4s firmware.

Tray opens and closes automatically and blinking power light
Today, when I turned on my Xbox 360 with Jasper mobo and LiteOn Dg-16D2S-09C DVD Drive It ejected tray and power button was flashing. When I try to close the tray it closes and opens automatically, after few seconds, and when I try to open the tray it closes automatically after 5 seconds. Power button is blinking non-stop. On dash, it doesn't display reading, just opening and closing, when I close the tray it says closing and again opening. I tried another fully working LiteOn DG-16D2S DVD drive and i get same results. Is this bad SB? Is this still fixable? The DVD drive is NOT flashed

Hey guys I have been having this jr programmer for little over a year now and it is starting to mess up. I was using it and I plugged the program wires into the port to read the nand and tried to continue and nothing happened. I then realized it and switched it now the device is not working.
I get this error when I plug it into my computer.

I have tried to reinstall the drivers. That is not it so dont ask f I have tried.

it is green and it does sow boot loader mode.

I am not sure what is wrong with
it and I really dont wanna buy another one. Anyways I aslo get this error:
and when i go to devices and printers it shows this.

I have tried other ports I have and it does not work. I dont know why... I was working on a trinity slim and right in the middle it gave out on me so yeah...

jr programmer malfunction??????
