I am in the process of R-JTAGing a PHAT big block Jasper (DB 16487 I think).
This is what I've done so far....
Installed Nand X wiring - successfully got 2 matching NAND dumps.
Installed R-Jtag (all connections verified for continuity)
Created Xell file
Wrote Xell file to NAND, but, toward the end had 8 - 10 blocks show bad (sorry, don't have the JF log to show you because I moved on)
Tried to write the Xell file again to NAND. Said "Done!", but, still showed about 4 bad blocks
Thought ok, I will try to boot glitch console (hoping that a few bad blocks were o.k. (newb here) and console might glitch in to Xell!
Tried various dip settings (7,8,4 on), (7,8 only) and then moved on to other dips (leaving 7,8 on)
Bridged points for 1.2 volt.
Tried all the dips again as mentioned above
R-Jtag was doing it's green flashy thingy but would not boot in to Xell Reloaded (?)
Thought...ok, those bad blocks written to the NAND MUST be messing with the BOOT
Thought, let's start fresh and load stock NAND back to console and go from there.
AHHHH! Even though JR Programmer is showing in JungleFlasher I get the 0xc000000 error. Cannot read / cannot write - can no longer "talk" to my 360 !?
I tried restarting the computer, restarting the program, checked my wiring again (all good), disconnected the console power, etc. etc. etc.
(I'm running Windows 7 on my laptop btw)
Can someone please throw this guy a bone? All I want to do it get the console in to Xell reloaded so I can recover the DVD key! (corrupt PCB in the liteon)
I would really appreciate if this great community can help me get 1st my laptop with JungleFlasher "talking" to my console so I can at least get the stock NAND written back to my console, then try Xell again.
(I've read posts till my eyes are bleeding and can't seem to find how to get it "talking" again.)
