New Update?

As of today, the new update (17489) was released and xeBuild has yet to be released to update the consoles that are already tagged/glitched.

But we all know that.

My question is:

When should we find out if the CR4 XL's are compatible with the new dash, aka, 17489? I know it's early, but I am just curious what the average time is of when people find out if it's compatible or not.

3.3V LED fell off

Greetings all!
So my modded xbox has been a CoinOPS machine the last few years and it's been a big hit with my buddies on game night at my house. When I started the xbox the other day it went straight to the MS dashboard and the front control panel had no lights. Upon taking off the cover I noticed only one LED was lit on the X3 chip. Bummer, looks like it's not getting 3.3V and I'll have an evening of troubleshooting ahead of me. Further inspection reveal the LED was actually gone and sure enough I tipped the xbox over, gave it a little shake and it fell on my workbench.

So, this weekend I'm going to try and solder the original back on...in the event I'm unsuccessful (the thing is so small for my old eyes!) I am open to some advise.

Does anyone know the specs of that LED?
I assume I can just jumper the two contacts instead, yes?

PS Off topic...how does one find this forum from the main forum page? "Discontinued Products" doesn't seem to be a category, as it's mostly X360 stuff. Just curious...

I flashed my NAND and all seemed to have worked, but now it seems to reset the boot cycle (no display)
Light at power button keeps flashing, ring of licht does not light up.

The nand read and compare were all OK

What can i enable or disable in the network section in Dashlaunch?

So i found out why the xbox live connection test results says "Blocked" or (Null),So i checked in dashlaunch and went to the network section and found "livestrong" or "liveblock",are those the only functions that prevents me from connecting to Xbox live?,if those are then i'll disable them?

Updating to 17849 - Corona 4GB

I'm trying to update to 17849 using Xbox Live Ninja's Xebuild GUI version (I don't use Ninja or anything to actually go online, just their xebuilds to update, etc.)
I'm on a Corona 4GB, trying to use Simple NAND Flasher 1.2 for flashing, and J-Runner for creating the updated nanddump
Everything goes pretty smoothly, no huge errors in JRunner/Simple NAND Flasher, but after I flash, when I reboot (after unplugging console and plugging it back in,) I'm still on 17349.
I've tried creating the updated nand dump in XeBuild GUI aswell. Nothing really seems to work.

Region problem with x360key

Hi!

First, i apologize if my english is bad. I'll try to be short.

I went here to ask the great community of Xecuter help about one of my problems:

I use x-key, and i have a problem of region for one of my games. After some searches, i saw a way to make games "region free", but it works only for jtag, and some people said it was bullsh*t...

My Xbox is PAL, and the game is NTSC.

So i wanted to know if there was a way to change the region of the game? And if there was, anywhere, a tutorial that would help me to do it.

I'm sorry if this question was asked in the past, i hope someone will help me!

title pretty much says it all. in better depth, i just got a cr4 and jr prog v2 and i only soldered the jr prog v2 and nothing is touching, bridging, anything. so i just downloaded the JRunner v3, but i dont know if JR Prog. comes with drivers installed or if i have to get the drivers. so do i just plug my JR prog. into my computer, and read the nand? and if anyone can help me please leave your skype! thnx

Hi. I just got my CR4 xl and jr prgrammer today. I have already read the nand, compared them and they are the same. i wrote the ECC, selected CR4 and Jasper 16mb. I soldered the CR4, put the postbit to 0, and turned the switch to phat, and changed the dip switch to all up except for 4 and 8. my soldering is fine, nand is fine, but something is wrong with the cr4, it blinks green and holds for 5 seconds inbetween then blinks 2 twice and the fan just spins up then down constantly, even though its not overheating. thanks.

hello everyone i recently installed a shotcut to a plugin on dashlaunch called xbdm.xex for xbox 360 neighborhood. But the video said reboot and after i rebooted i had this error (E 73) My XELL RELOADED still boots up but nothing else works :( PLEASE HELP!!!

console won't boot into xell.

I Have a trinity console, JR-programmer v2, and cr4. I have read the nand three times and they are the same. I created the ecc file and wrote it to the conosole. When ever I try to boot into xell, the console won't glitch. I have played around alot with the dip switches and post bit jumpers but I cant get it to glitch. So I wrote the original nand back to the console to make sure I didn't ruin anything. The console booted fine once I did that. Any advice would be much appreciated. Here are pictures of my install:

XBOX won't read discs horizontally

Hi All,

I have a weird problem.

I just moved house and I placed my xbox horizontally and it will not recognize any discs. I placed it vertically and it works just fine. I am pretty sure this is a drive issue, anyone had similar issue ? Any advice on what I can check ?

FYI, I have replaced the drive PCBA with the LTU2 one.

Problem When I write Nand

Hi everyone... :smile:

I start to work on corona as 4gb console cuz there was no HD inside it, then I realized it's not 4gb... :confused:
So I finished read nand, boot to xell and get the CPU key...

Sadly I decided to remove the 4gb nand reader ( I hope I didn't remove it :crazy: ) Just before I wirte the hacked nand... :( I found one of the 4g metal is removed, I tried to fix it.. I don't know if I did that right way... Pic Uploded

Now When I write Nand it give me write error on block 0x01, 0x02, 0x03 ......... a lot of errors...

my Question is the problem from that missing metal or trace ? And is there other way or alternative points to write nand ...

-I have 100% Nand and CPU key..
-Console work fine and keep boot to xell..
-Motherboard is Corona V1..

Ok so i was going to start real time editing CoD so i went and got the files for xbl Ninja and installed them into dashlaunch. The issue is whenever i turn on my RGH i get this message YOU HAVE TO REBUILD WITH NiNJA XEBUILD THEN REFLASH TO USE THIS XEX! and then my console shuts off immediatly after this message is shown. so i looked up how to get a nand dump and i downloaded xebuild and jrunner. the issue is i have my cpu key but dont know how to get a nand dump to rebuild my nand to be able to run xbl Ninja.

4gb nand reader soldering problem

Hello, first im new at this and i dont know if i am in the right place for this question. The thing is I have a xbox slim 4gb corona v2. I tried to solder the 4gb nand reader but i was a noob at soldering and took apart several points of the motherboard. Ilno the xbox when i tried to turn it on it only beeps but nothing happens. Please any help would be greatful.

Corona v5 Dash Board 17489 , not power ON after write ECC .

Hi all, i install my Nand Flasher and CR3 Lite , i backup 2 NANDs and are the same.
with Jrunner i create ECC and write. But when i power ON the botton i only have a RED botton and xbox not power ON.

I try use my nand.bin on AutoGG to create a nandxell.bin ,and write with Jrunner, xbox power on but no glitch or video.

I already write original backup up and xbox power normaly and works fine.

There is other ECC for this version or this Dash Board 17489 is not compatibility?

I have a corona v2, I'm using a CR3 Lite, JR-programmer, 4g nand r/w

I think I have my original nand dumps. But I don't know if I deleted them. I plugged up my console and it doesn't turn on but makes the noises when I press the buttons.

Help corona 4gb Cr3

Hey i have a Corona 4gb I have the qsb kit to read the nand and then i have the cr3 lite but I cant find any tutorials to direct solder the cr3 wires to the motherboard Every tutorial i find it with qsb but i dont have a qsb for the corona so i wanna direct connect to the motherboard. can someone give me a link or something Thanks.
